Section 1 How Booking Works

Party on the Seas operates as a bareboat charter service.

Section 2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
2.1 — 24+ Hours Notice

If you let us know at least 24 hours before your charter, you can cancel or move your date at no cost. Since nothing was paid online, there's nothing to refund — we simply free up your slot or find you a new date that works.

2.2 — Last-Minute Changes

If something comes up close to your charter time, just contact us as soon as you can. We hold your slot, confirm the captain, and prep fuel ahead of time, so early notice lets us reschedule you smoothly and free the date for someone else.

2.3 — How to Cancel or Reschedule

Reach us through any of these — WhatsApp is the fastest:

WhatsApp / phone / text: (305) 240-9691

Email: info@partyontheseas.net

Section 3 Weather
3.1 — Who Decides

The decision to sail or reschedule due to weather is made by the independent captain assigned to your charter, based on U.S. Coast Guard safety guidelines and current conditions. The captain's decision is final and is always made in the interest of guest safety.

3.2 — If Conditions Are Unsafe

If the captain determines conditions are unsafe, you reschedule at no additional cost, subject to vessel and captain availability on your new date.

3.3 — What Counts as Unsafe

Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Sustained winds above 20 knots
  • A Small Craft Advisory or stronger warning from the National Weather Service
  • Thunderstorms, lightning, or severe weather in the charter area
  • Unsafe sea state as determined by the captain

Light rain, overcast skies, or mild weather does not qualify as unsafe, and the charter proceeds as scheduled.

Section 4 If We Have to Cancel

In the rare event that Party on the Seas has to cancel your charter (mechanical issues, captain unavailability, or other operational reasons):

Section 5 Changes to This Policy

Party on the Seas reserves the right to update this policy. The version in effect at the time of your charter applies. Changes apply to future bookings only.
